1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the IQCC website (the "Site"), operated by IQCC Resources ("IQCC", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

IQCC, operated by IQCC Resources, is a game development and animation training provider based in Malaysia, founded by Muhammad Iqbal (Skyz). We deliver training programmes on-site and on-demand for companies, government agencies and training institutions.

3. Use of the website

You may use the Site for lawful, personal and business purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

4. Course enquiries and registrations

When you submit an enquiry or register your interest in a course, you provide details so we can contact you. Submitting a registration is an expression of interest; it does not guarantee a place on a programme, a specific date, or a fixed price. Course details, fees and availability may change.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the IQCC name, and imagery from projects such as Starship Universe and Nauticats, is owned by IQCC or its founder, or used with permission, and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written consent.

6. Third-party links and embeds

The Site may link to or embed third-party content (for example, YouTube videos). We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
