Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how IQCC Resources ("IQCC", "we", "us"), the operator of the IQCC website and the data controller, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website or contact us. We handle personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry or "register interest" forms, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, the course you are interested in, and any message. We also record the date and time of your submission and your consent to be contacted. When you browse the Site, our hosting provider may process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the Site.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange or discuss training, send you the information you asked for, and keep records of enquiries. We do not sell your personal data.

Consent and legal basis

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form and tick the consent box. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see below); this will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: Brevo (Sendinblue) to deliver notification and login emails, and Cloudflare to host the Site and store uploaded media. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Some providers may process data outside Malaysia; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and registration data for as long as necessary to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the form on our Contact page.

Cookies and analytics

The public Site uses minimal cookies. A secure session cookie is used only for the admin area. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage; we do not use intrusive advertising trackers.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), store admin login codes only in hashed form, and limit access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
